To create a happiness movement that will spread across communities, cities and nations. To ultimately create a space for kids to teach them to manage their emotions in a more effective way early on in life so they can be better equipped to be happy than previous generations.

Andreina is the owner and founder of Inhance, LLC, a company with which Andreina intends to dedicate her life to helping others. After years of feeling that something was missing in her life, constant inner work and more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Andreina is ready to share what she has learned. From now on, her mission is to work towards bringing happiness to as many places as she can with a systematic approach that has been proven to help individuals be happier and companies achieve their utmost potential.
Andreina gained extensive international experience working in Latin America, Spain, and the USA, where she has contributed to the improvement of different organizations by providing training and organizational development tools. She has had the opportunity to work with different professionals in the fields of Hospitality, Education, Social Services, Nonprofit, and Health Care.
Andreina has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is a 2012 Executive Leadership Program alumna from National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI). Certified Coach from the Newfield Network Program. She is Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SCP-SHRM) and is a member of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Business Committee (SFLHCC).
Andreina has been called the big influencer and shaper of the culture at Mary’s Center, a nonprofit organization with more than 420 employees, where she contributed for more than 7 years. Her work as Human Resources Director of the Shore Club Hotel, with more than 300 employees, is equally profound; Andreina was able to take the hotel to #1 in employee satisfaction within a group of 12 hotels for 2 consecutive years. She has proven on numerous occasions that her methodology works, helping individuals and companies reach their utmost potential.
