This online course is based on the 7 Steps to Happiness Program created by Andreina and used in her practice, now made available online to help everyone reach the happiness they desire and deserve. This program is designed to provide simple practices that you can include in your daily life to achieve what we like to call Sustainable Happiness, which is the type of happiness that comes from within, and it does not depend on the circumstances that surround you at any given time. Once this is achieved it becomes a state of permanent being. The practices help you to the develop the muscle to happiness and to be more resilient to the circumstances you face in your life. This course is the result of more than 20 years of experience working with people, hard work, dedication, and love; so, we are excited to provide this great tool to improve your life and become the person you were meant to be. WHAT TO EXPECT? • To manage your thoughts • To love yourself just as you are • To live life positively • To build healthy relationships • To strengthen your spirituality • To listen and take care of your body • To live with purpose DURATION 49 days (7 steps, 7 days per step). Only 30-60 minutes daily is needed to complete the exercises. Every step contains an introductory video with additional written information, exercises and reflections for every day, and 1 meditation.
