Inhance LLC developed Inhance Holistika based on scientific knowledge, in order to support employees in dealing with stress and anxiety. The program begins with an initial survey to assess the needs of the employees. Afterwards, Inhance offers a variety of services, such as:

  • Happy Individual and Group Sessions: sessions to balance the energy and the emotions. Some of the services provided include: reiki, sujok, massage, sound healing therapy, meditations, among others.

  • Happyness Experiential and Interactive Talks: group sessions led by professionals in the area of happiness, stress and anxiety management; that lead the team into an experience of well-being. These sessions allow the employees to learn sustainable healthy habits by creating a shift in consciousness.

  • Happyness Material: information to support employees in their process of dealing with stress and/or anxiety. This includes graphic material, videos, meditations, music, documents, and more.
