Sujok is a holistic healing system based on the hands and feet developed by Professor Park Jae Woo, a renowned Korean scientist and spiritual leader. Professor Park synthesized diverse ancient healing systems from Phoenicia, Egypt, India, and China, such as reflexology and acupuncture, and conducted ground-breaking research on micro-acupuncture targeting specific health problems with greater precision.

 

He mapped out all body parts with corresponding points on the hands and feet, as the name suggests, SuJok, in Korean, "Su" (hands) and "Jok" (feet.) His discoveries also revealed that the joints of the hands and feet connect to emotional states.
