Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be $50. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.




The treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized by Inhance Holistika, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Inhance Holistika, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the treatments, services and/or facilities.



Please check in at the staff at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment times. You may do so by contacting them via text at (305) 767-8763.



It is your responsibility to declare any relevant medical conditions, such as; high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other medical complications to our Inhance Holistika Team before treatment, you are also advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any treatment or services.  Kindly inform our Team of any existing medical conditions or skin conditions. Please note that our staff will not take any responsibilities on claims, you do so at our own risk.



Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Room are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any treatment.



Our trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. Your body will be fully covered during the entire treatment. If a therapist ever feels that a guest is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a treatment service immediately and you will be charged for the services scheduled.



Our treatments and services do not include gratuities/tips. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. If you wish to give your therapist a tip/gratuity please inform our Team prior to leaving the treatment room.



Gift certificates for our spa treatments are available. For more details, please contact our Team. Each Gift-Certificate is issued with a validity date, please use them before the expiry date.
