This online course is based on the 7 Steps to Happiness Program created by Andreina and used in her practice, now made available online to help everyone reach the happiness they desire and deserve.
This program is designed to provide simple practices that you can include in your daily life to achieve what we like to call Sustainable Happiness, which is the type of happiness that comes from within, and it does not depend on the circumstances that surround you at any given time. Once this is achieved it becomes a state of permanent being.
